【摘要】:近年來,在我國經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展的同時,也產(chǎn)生了一系列的負面影響。尤其是對于環(huán)境的破壞,對我國未來經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了一定的阻礙。我國造紙行業(yè)是典型的高污染行業(yè),因此也是國家環(huán)保重點整治的行業(yè)之一。再加上國外造紙企業(yè)的競爭,我國造紙企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中面臨著很多的困難。如果能夠一方面對造紙的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進行創(chuàng)新,另一方面又要減少對環(huán)境的污染,已經(jīng)成為了擺在造紙企業(yè)面前的重大問題。遼寧華興新材料有限責(zé)任公司作為遼寧省一家中型的造紙企業(yè),為了在新的時代背景下取得更好的經(jīng)營成果和建立自己的核心競爭力,對公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行正確的選擇就成為了一個非常重要的問題。在這樣的背景下,本文以造紙企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略分析為切入點,以遼寧華興新材料有限責(zé)任公司作為具體的研究對象,以戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論為基礎(chǔ),運用PEST以及SWOT等分析方法,研究和分析了遼寧華興新材料有限責(zé)任公司發(fā)展策略這個主題。論文以翔實的事例和豐富的數(shù)據(jù),從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)等四個方面闡述了遼寧華興新材料有限責(zé)任公司面臨的宏觀環(huán)境,并且對上述因素對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的影響進行了具體的分析。接下來對企業(yè)的面臨的內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行系統(tǒng)的分析,從而了解到企業(yè)發(fā)展具有哪些優(yōu)勢,在哪些方面還存在缺點和不足。隨后得出遼寧華興新材料有限責(zé)任公司應(yīng)該選擇的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以及為了該戰(zhàn)略順利實施所進行的一系列保障措施。我國造紙行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與發(fā)達國家相比還存在一定的差距,隨著社會的進步和經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,勢必對我國造紙行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理提出了更高的要求。因此本文希望能以現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),對這一重點問題的解決提出一些對策,希望能在理論和實際應(yīng)用上為我國造紙行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展貢獻自己的一點力量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of our economy, it has also produced a series of negative effects, especially the damage to the environment. The paper industry of our country is a typical high pollution industry, so it is also one of the key industries of national environmental protection, in addition to the competition of foreign paper enterprises, the paper industry of our country has a certain hindrance to the sustainable development of our country's economy in the future. Chinese papermaking enterprises are facing a lot of difficulties in the process of development. If we can make innovations in papermaking production technology on the one hand, and reduce environmental pollution on the other hand, Liaoning Huaxing New material Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized papermaking enterprise in Liaoning Province. In order to achieve better business results and establish its own core competitiveness in the new era, the right choice of the company's development strategy has become a very important issue. This paper takes paper industry development strategy analysis as the breakthrough point, takes Liaoning Huaxing New material Co., Ltd. as the concrete research object, takes the strategic management basic theory as the foundation, uses the PEST and SWOT and so on analysis method. This paper studies and analyses the development strategy of Liaoning Huaxing New material Co., Ltd. Technology and other four aspects of Liaoning Huaxing New Materials Co., Ltd. facing the macro environment, and the above factors on the impact of corporate strategy are specifically analyzed. Next, the internal environment facing the enterprise is systematically analyzed. In order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise development, the development strategy of Liaoning Huaxing New material Co., Ltd should be selected. As well as a series of safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy. Compared with the developed countries, there is still a certain gap between the development strategy of China's paper industry and that of the developed countries. With the progress of the society and the continuous development of the economy, It is bound to put forward higher requirements for the strategic management of China's paper industry. Therefore, this paper hopes to put forward some countermeasures to solve this important problem based on the relevant theories of modern strategic management. The author hopes to contribute his own strength to the development of strategic management in China's paper industry in both theory and practice.
