寧夏A冶金有限公司激勵(lì)機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化全面展開,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)深化改革正在全面推進(jìn),借鑒和引用國外的一些先進(jìn)管理制度逐漸成為趨勢,并逐步在國內(nèi)大小企業(yè)中發(fā)展。激勵(lì)機(jī)制作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的核心內(nèi)容之一,越來越成為一個(gè)企業(yè)發(fā)展與進(jìn)步的助推器。正是因?yàn)榧?lì)機(jī)制是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)運(yùn)作賴以生存的基礎(chǔ),能有效激發(fā)員工工作熱情,提高員工單位時(shí)間內(nèi)工作效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo),因此逐漸成為企業(yè)人力資源管理研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。A冶金有限公司是寧夏一家從事鎳鐵、硅錳、富錳渣等合金生產(chǎn)及銷售、發(fā)電、物流、倉儲(chǔ)等多元化發(fā)展的中型民營企業(yè),經(jīng)過十幾年的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨越式發(fā)展,不但成為本市30家企業(yè)中的骨干企業(yè),更躋身為全區(qū)百強(qiáng)企業(yè)。當(dāng)前,公司正處于建設(shè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵期,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,擁有科學(xué)完善的激勵(lì)機(jī)制將對公司的發(fā)展起到關(guān)鍵性的作用。本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查問卷法和訪談法,對A冶金有限公司人員激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了全面的分析,找出了其激勵(lì)機(jī)制方面存在的績效考核機(jī)制不合理、薪酬體系薄弱、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)滯后及人才留用培育機(jī)制不科學(xué)等問題和不足,并充分借鑒國內(nèi)外對激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究成果,結(jié)合所學(xué)理論,對A冶金有限公司現(xiàn)有激勵(lì)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析,提出了對策建議,對幫助A冶金有限公司進(jìn)一步提升激勵(lì)機(jī)制效能具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the economic integration in the world has been carried out in an all-round way, and the deepening reform of China's economy and society is advancing in an all-round way. It is gradually becoming a trend to draw lessons from and quote some advanced management systems from abroad. And gradually develop in domestic large and small enterprises. Incentive mechanism as one of the core content of modern enterprise system. More and more become an enterprise development and progress booster. It is precisely because the incentive mechanism is the basis of modern enterprise operation, can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of staff work, improve the efficiency of employees in unit time. Realize the enterprise development goal, so gradually become the focus of enterprise human resources management research. A metallurgical Co., Ltd. is engaged in nickel iron, silicon manganese, rich manganese slag and other alloys production and sales, electricity generation, logistics. Storage and other diversified development of medium-sized private enterprises, after more than ten years of construction, the realization of leapfrog development, not only become the backbone of the city's 30 enterprises, but also into the region's top 100 enterprises. The company is in the key period of construction and development, opportunities and challenges coexist, the scientific and sound incentive mechanism will play a key role in the development of the company. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd., and finds out that the performance appraisal mechanism is unreasonable and the salary system is weak in the aspect of the incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd. Enterprise culture construction lags behind and talent retention and cultivation mechanism is not scientific and so on, and fully draw lessons from the domestic and foreign research on the incentive mechanism, combined with the theory. This paper analyzes the existing incentive mechanism of A Metallurgical Co., Ltd., and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which is of positive significance to help A Metallurgical Co., Ltd. to further enhance the efficiency of the incentive mechanism.
