【摘要】：文章描述了山西煤炭行業(yè)艱難的融資現狀,分析了資金對于煤炭行業(yè)復蘇的重要性和必要性,并且根據煤炭行業(yè)的走勢及未來融資發(fā)展方向,從國家層面和企業(yè)層面,對融資政策和融資渠道提出一些建議,指出山西煤炭行業(yè)只有面對現實,優(yōu)化融資理念,借助政府支持、金融行業(yè)和社會力量,綜合利用企業(yè)的各項融資資源,構建企業(yè)全面融資大平臺,充分利用銀行、股票、債券、基金、保險等各種融資工具,才能盡快走出融資困境,實現山西煤炭行業(yè)的轉型發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the difficult financing situation of Shanxi coal industry, analyzes the importance and necessity of capital for coal industry recovery, and according to the trend of coal industry and future financing development direction. From the national level and enterprise level, put forward some suggestions on financing policies and financing channels, pointing out that Shanxi coal industry can only face the reality, optimize the concept of financing, with the support of the government, financial industry and social forces. In order to get out of the financing dilemma as soon as possible, we can make full use of all kinds of financing tools, such as banks, stocks, bonds, funds, insurance and so on. Shanxi coal industry to achieve transformation and development.
