【摘要】：最近幾年,關(guān)于企業(yè)為了追逐利益而損害公眾社會利益的事例層出不窮,企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任話題變得越來越重要,企業(yè)不能僅僅為了企業(yè)利潤而存在于社會上的觀點(diǎn)也更加深入人心,企業(yè)應(yīng)該更多得主動承擔(dān)社會責(zé)任,作為其基本追求的一部分。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為第一個(gè)發(fā)布企業(yè)社會責(zé)任報(bào)告的央企,在企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的履行上備受社會各界的關(guān)注。根據(jù)中國電網(wǎng)企業(yè)特點(diǎn)建立一個(gè)社會責(zé)任評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,有利于將企業(yè)社會責(zé)任這一抽象的概念具體化,也有利于規(guī)范和引導(dǎo)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)更好得履行其企業(yè)社會責(zé)任。本文首先研究了國內(nèi)外理論發(fā)展和實(shí)踐結(jié)果,并結(jié)合國家電網(wǎng)公司自身特點(diǎn),尋找現(xiàn)有理論在電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的適用點(diǎn)；然后應(yīng)用利益相關(guān)者理論,確定了以國家政府、用戶、員工、伙伴、社會、自然環(huán)境為本文電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的主要利益相關(guān)者；通過廣泛的專家、員工、社會民眾的問卷調(diào)查,并應(yīng)用層次分析法,計(jì)算出6個(gè)主要利益相關(guān)者以及各利益相關(guān)者下屬二級指標(biāo)在整個(gè)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)社會責(zé)任體系中的權(quán)重,從而建立起針對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；最后在這基礎(chǔ)上將評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系應(yīng)用于國網(wǎng)寧波供電公司,選取國網(wǎng)寧波供電公司2013年度的運(yùn)營指標(biāo),計(jì)算公司在該年度的社會責(zé)任履行得分。結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了本文建立的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)社會責(zé)任評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the corporate social responsibility topic has become more and more important because of the incessant cases of enterprises harming the public social interests in order to pursue the interests. Enterprises can not only exist in society for the sake of corporate profits, but also more deeply rooted in the people's minds, enterprises should be more initiative to bear social responsibility. As part of its basic pursuit, power grid enterprises as the first to issue corporate social responsibility report of the central enterprises. According to the characteristics of Chinese power grid enterprises, the establishment of a social responsibility evaluation index system is conducive to the concretization of the abstract concept of corporate social responsibility. It is also conducive to standardize and guide grid enterprises to better fulfill their corporate social responsibilities. Firstly, this paper studies the theoretical development and practical results at home and abroad, and combines with the characteristics of the State Grid Company. To find the applicable point of the existing theory in the power grid enterprise; Then, applying the stakeholder theory, the main stakeholders of this paper are the national government, users, employees, partners, society and natural environment. Through a wide range of experts, employees, social citizens of the questionnaire, and the application of Analytic hierarchy process. The weight of six main stakeholders and their subordinate secondary indicators in the whole power grid enterprise social responsibility system is calculated, and the evaluation index system of social responsibility for power grid enterprises is established. Finally, the evaluation index system is applied to Ningbo Power supply Company, and the operating index of Ningbo Power supply Company in 2013 is selected. The results show that the evaluation index system of social responsibility of power grid enterprises established in this paper has certain guiding significance.
