【摘要】:2014年以來,國內(nèi)煤炭市場繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)總量寬松、結(jié)構(gòu)性過剩態(tài)勢。我國煤炭行業(yè)正處于重大調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型期,煤炭行業(yè)的發(fā)展將回歸到一個(gè)理性的階段。通過優(yōu)化企業(yè)人力組織系統(tǒng)可以提高煤炭企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營水平,增強(qiáng)核心競爭力,是適應(yīng)市場波動(dòng)、抵御市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重中之重。本文以H公司作為研究對象,展開了對優(yōu)化H公司人力組織系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究。在專家學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從人力資源和組織結(jié)構(gòu)入手,對人力組織系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了界定,調(diào)查了H公司人力組織系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,包括:公司總體概況、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、崗位體系、管理流程、薪酬及績效考核等方面。通過發(fā)放問卷調(diào)查及訪談等方式了解了H公司人力組織系統(tǒng)存在的問題,深入地剖析了相關(guān)問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了H公司的人力組織系統(tǒng)方案,包括:組織結(jié)構(gòu)與人員編制方案、管理流程方案、績效考核及薪酬管理方案。提出了H公司人力組織系統(tǒng)新方案實(shí)施措施,包括:以構(gòu)建精益管理和企業(yè)成才系統(tǒng)為關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)、建立“KPI+6S”考核模式、豐富員工薪酬帶寬與結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化公司管理流程等措施。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, the domestic coal market continues to show a total amount of loose, structural surplus situation, China's coal industry is in a major adjustment and transition period. The development of coal industry will return to a rational stage. Through optimizing the enterprise human organization system can improve the level of production and management of coal enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness, is to adapt to market fluctuations. The most important thing to resist the market risk. This paper takes H company as the research object, carries out the application research to optimize the human organization system of H company. On the basis of the research of experts and scholars. Starting with the human resources and organizational structure, this paper defines the human organization system, and investigates the present situation of the human organization system in H company, including: the general situation of the company, the organizational structure, the post system, and the management process. Pay and performance evaluation. Through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to understand the H company human organization system problems, in-depth analysis of the relevant problems. On this basis. The human organization system scheme of H company is designed, including: organizational structure and staffing plan, management flow scheme, performance appraisal and compensation management scheme. The implementation measures of the new scheme of H company human organization system are put forward. Including: to build lean management and enterprise talent system as the key driving, establish "KPI 6S" assessment mode, enrich the staff salary bandwidth and structure, optimize the company management process and other measures.
