【摘要】：以2013年制造業(yè)A股上市公司為研究對象,利用2012年、2013年年報數(shù)據(jù),考察了企業(yè)家風險偏好對公司盈余質(zhì)量的影響,并從產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)的角度考察了二者關(guān)系的作用程度。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):企業(yè)家風險偏好與盈余質(zhì)量負相關(guān),企業(yè)家風險偏好越高,盈余質(zhì)量越低;產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)對于企業(yè)家風險偏好與盈余質(zhì)量的關(guān)系具有調(diào)節(jié)作用,表現(xiàn)為相比于非國有控制公司,在國有控制公司中,企業(yè)家風險偏好對盈余質(zhì)量的影響程度較小。本研究有助于理解企業(yè)家風險偏好與盈余質(zhì)量的關(guān)系,對于企業(yè)家風險承擔與風險預見能力的培養(yǎng)、不同產(chǎn)權(quán)形式下的公司改革和發(fā)展具有一定政策意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the annual report data of 2012 and 2013, this paper investigates the influence of entrepreneur's risk preference on earnings quality of manufacturing A-share listed companies in 2013. From the angle of property right, the author studies the relationship between them. It is found that entrepreneur's risk preference is negatively related to earnings quality, and the higher entrepreneur's risk preference is, the lower earnings quality is. The nature of property rights has a moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneur's risk preference and earnings quality, which shows that compared with non-state-owned controlled companies, it is in state-owned controlled companies. This study is helpful to understand the relationship between entrepreneurial risk preference and earnings quality, and to cultivate entrepreneurial risk-bearing and risk foresight. The reform and development of companies under different forms of property rights have certain policy significance.
