【摘要】：在全球范圍內,德國的"工業(yè)4.0"、日本的"再興戰(zhàn)略"、法國的"新工業(yè)法國"和美國的"先進制造伙伴計劃"等新一代工業(yè)革命概念的陸續(xù)提出,對我國的制造業(yè)提出了深重挑戰(zhàn)。盡管我國也適時地提出"中國制造2025"的戰(zhàn)略目標,但企業(yè)畢竟是戰(zhàn)略落地的主體,企業(yè)在智能制造方面的能力和水平直接關乎"中國制造2025"能否落地。以我國各省的智能制造能力為研究對象,通過構建智能制造指標體系,采用因子分析法,對我國主要的23個省級行政區(qū)智能制造能力的總體情況進行分析,尋找其主要影響因素,進而探究引導制造企業(yè)向智能制造進行轉變的路徑。
[Abstract]:On a global scale, the concepts of "industrial 4.0" in Germany, "rejuvenation strategy" in Japan, "new industrial France" in France and "advanced manufacturing partnership program" in the United States have been put forward one after another. Although our country also put forward the strategic goal of "made in China 2025" timely, but the enterprise is the main body of strategic landing after all. The capability and level of enterprises in intelligent manufacturing is directly related to whether "made in China 2025" can fall to the ground. Taking the intelligent manufacturing capability of each province in China as the research object, the index system of intelligent manufacturing is constructed. By using factor analysis, this paper analyzes the general situation of intelligent manufacturing capability in 23 provincial administrative districts in China, and finds out the main influencing factors. And then explore the path to guide manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing transformation.
