【摘要】：隨著中國成為全球汽車工業(yè)產(chǎn)銷第一大國,品牌之間的競爭日益激烈。為了更好地應(yīng)對客戶的多樣化需求,應(yīng)對各種細分市場,企業(yè)立項的車型和項目越來越多,改款的間隔時間也越來越短。面對市場形勢變化,開發(fā)項目增加,產(chǎn)能需求相應(yīng)提升,試制車間決定開展升級改造。其主要目的是擴大工作區(qū)域、添置生產(chǎn)工具和增加產(chǎn)能,并采用先進生產(chǎn)工藝。而如何采用數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)提升車間生產(chǎn)能力成為面臨的難點。本文從精益化生產(chǎn)管理的核心內(nèi)容出發(fā),探討精益生產(chǎn)在當今數(shù)字化技術(shù)發(fā)展水平下的實現(xiàn)方式,研究試制車間的升級改造的信息系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計以及實施過程。論文首先分析了試制車間的升級改造的必要性以及本項目的特殊背景,整體梳理當前本公司試制車間運作中幾大功能塊的現(xiàn)狀,找到存在提升空間的潛力點;研究了信息化物流管理系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)過程以及投產(chǎn)使用情況,開發(fā)了車身在線檢測系統(tǒng),包括硬件規(guī)劃設(shè)計,數(shù)據(jù)采集和軟件分析。分析并評估采用信息系統(tǒng)對車間生產(chǎn)水平提高、生產(chǎn)效益增加起到的直接和間接作用。本文研究了以精益生產(chǎn)理念為內(nèi)核的基于信息系統(tǒng)的車間能力提升方案,從規(guī)劃方案、搭建系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建到最終的投用。該系統(tǒng)在實際生產(chǎn)中的效益產(chǎn)出有效地提高了汽車試制車間的生產(chǎn)能力。
[Abstract]:With Chinese become the global auto industry sales of the first country, between the brand competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to better respond to the diverse needs of customers, deal with various segments of the market, enterprises set up models and projects more and more, the change of the interval time is getting shorter. In the face of changes in the market situation, development projects, capacity demand corresponding increase production workshop decided to carry out upgrading. Its main purpose is to expand the work area, new production tools and increase production capacity, and the use of advanced production technology. And how to use digital system to improve the workshop production capacity become the face of difficulties. This article from the core content of lean production management of research on lean production implementation in the development of modern digital technology the level of the update of the information system of production workshop of the planning, design and implementation process. This paper first analysis The necessity of upgrading the production workshop and the special background of this project, the current overall combing the company's production workshop in the operation status of several major functional blocks, to find the existing space to improve the potential; study logistics management information system design and implementation process and put into use, the development of the car online detection system. Including hardware design, data acquisition and analysis software. The analysis and assessment of the information system to improve the level of production, increase production efficiency to the direct and indirect effect. This paper studies the lean production concept for the program to improve the information system of the workshop based on the kernel, from planning, system structure, database construction to the final vote. The system benefits in practical production can effectively improve the automobile production workshop production capacity.
