【摘要】：隨著二十一世紀(jì)以來,照明領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展,為了解決全球能源短缺的憂慮,LED發(fā)光產(chǎn)品,最近十幾年都吸引著世人的目光。其中康泰跨國公司并是LED照明行業(yè)里面比較具有創(chuàng)新能力的照明公司之一,在LED照明制造商中由有著很高的地位和影響力。在工業(yè)社會(huì)的如今,許多跨國公司喜歡在亞洲尋找低成本的產(chǎn)品,進(jìn)行OEM貼牌或ODM直接購買,這種現(xiàn)狀非常的普遍,LED照明行業(yè)也不例外。因?yàn)檫@樣做,跨國公司不僅能使開發(fā)成本降低,周期加快,運(yùn)輸方便,并且能很好的保障質(zhì)量,在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)按時(shí)交付產(chǎn)品。本文通過研究康泰公司的一個(gè)新的智能控制設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)例為范本,在對康泰公司多項(xiàng)目管理的認(rèn)識(shí)上,并結(jié)合作者在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中的工作實(shí)踐,闡述了康泰公司是怎樣在OCM運(yùn)營模式下進(jìn)行多項(xiàng)目管理。論文首先剖析了康泰公司的背景和LED照明行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。然后對比介紹了康泰公司在傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)組織模式OEM,和在OEM生產(chǎn)模式下,新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的流程,多項(xiàng)目管理是怎么實(shí)施的。接著重點(diǎn)介紹了康泰公司在新的生產(chǎn)模式OCM下,是怎樣從多個(gè)新產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,產(chǎn)品立項(xiàng),成本分解,結(jié)構(gòu)或硬件設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品制樣,小規(guī)模試產(chǎn),質(zhì)量測試,批量試產(chǎn)到最終量產(chǎn)出貨整個(gè)流程,同時(shí)在OCM模式下,多項(xiàng)目管理是怎么實(shí)施的,該注意什么,它的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是怎樣的。最后對康泰公司新的OCM生產(chǎn)模式下,多項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)施的對策和建議。本文結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)知識(shí),運(yùn)用了對比的研究方法,實(shí)證分析法,闡述一名合格的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在多個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理過程中應(yīng)如何合理地協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),控制整個(gè)項(xiàng)目,達(dá)成項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度要求,成本要求,質(zhì)量要求等。同時(shí)依此一個(gè)普通范本,剖析了在OCM生產(chǎn)模式在現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)行業(yè)中的重要性,試圖為跨國類公司,大型國內(nèi)公司提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:As since twenty-first Century, the rapid development of the lighting field, in order to solve the global energy shortage fears, LED lighting products, in recent years are attracting the world's attention. The multinational companies in Kangtai and is one of the lighting company LED lighting industry which has the innovation ability, in the LED lighting manufacturers have a very high status and the influence in industrial society. Nowadays, many multinational companies looking for love low-cost products in Asia, OEM OEM or ODM direct purchase, this situation is very common, LED lighting industry is no exception. For doing so, multinational companies not only to lower development costs, speed up the cycle, convenient transportation, and can good quality, timely delivery of products in a very short period of time. In this paper a new design of the intelligent control project template for the study of Kangtai company in Kangtai company Understanding of project management, combined with the work experience of the author in this project, elaborated the Kangtai company is how to carry out multi project management in the OCM operation mode. This paper first introduces the development background of Kangtai company and LED lighting industry. Then introduced Kangtai company in the traditional production organization mode of OEM, and in the OEM production mode, new product introduction process, multi project management is how to implement it. Then introduced the Kangtai company in OCM new production mode, how from a number of new product planning, product project, cost decomposition structure or hardware design, product sample preparation, small scale trial production, quality testing. Batch production to the final production shipments of the entire process, at the same time in the OCM mode, multi project management is how to carry out, should pay attention to what, what is the optimal design of it. At the end of Kangtai's new OCM production mode Next, the implementation of multi project management countermeasures and suggestions. Based on the relevant knowledge of project management, using the comparison research method, empirical analysis method, describes a qualified project manager should be how to coordinate the project team in a project management process, control of the whole project, to achieve the project schedule requirements, cost requirements. At the same time according to the quality requirement. A common model, analyzes the importance of OCM in the mode of production in modern design and production industry, to multinational companies, and provide a reference for large domestic companies.
