【摘要】：煤炭是我國的主要能源,Z煤業(yè)集團公司作為我國一個重要的煤炭生產(chǎn)和出口基地,為能源領(lǐng)域的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)發(fā)揮著重要作用。近年來,國內(nèi)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來良好發(fā)展機遇的同時,也面臨著明顯的發(fā)展問題。全球金融危機導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟衰退,同時也給中國煤炭市場帶來了巨大沖擊。如何適應(yīng)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的不斷變化,科學(xué)制定公司的未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境中保持可持續(xù)發(fā)展,對Z煤業(yè)集團公司的生存和發(fā)展來說顯得尤為重要。本文在對發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)理論和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,以Z煤業(yè)集團公司的實際運營狀況為實證分析對象,分析公司外部環(huán)境中的機會、威脅,及其內(nèi)部條件中的優(yōu)勢、劣勢,從而得出公司現(xiàn)階段的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和應(yīng)采取的戰(zhàn)略措施。首先,運用PEST分析模型和波特五力模型分析Z煤業(yè)集團公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)環(huán)境狀況,從而了解公司所處外部環(huán)境的基本狀況。其次,從資源和能力狀況入手分析Z煤業(yè)集團公司內(nèi)部條件中的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,從而識別影響公司發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵影響因素,為其戰(zhàn)略選擇奠定基礎(chǔ)。再次,通過構(gòu)造SWOT分析模型和定量戰(zhàn)略評價矩陣,明確Z煤業(yè)集團公司金融危機下的戰(zhàn)略定位,確定公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并最終選擇ST(分散)戰(zhàn)略為公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,對應(yīng)于公司未來發(fā)展的ST(分散)戰(zhàn)略,提出一系列戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。本文的研究確定了金融危機下Z煤業(yè)集團公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對公司實現(xiàn)其可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。同時,本文的研究對金融危機下其他大型煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定也提供了一定的參考和幫助。
[Abstract]:As an important coal production and export base, coal is the main energy source in China, which plays an important role in the stable supply of energy in recent years. At the same time, the domestic coal industry is facing obvious development problems. The global financial crisis leads to economic recession. At the same time, it has brought great impact to China's coal market. How to adapt to the changing internal and external environment, scientifically formulate the company's future development strategy, and maintain sustainable development in the fierce market competition environment. It is particularly important for the survival and development of Z Coal Industry Group Company. This paper summarizes the relevant theories of development strategy and domestic and foreign related research status. Taking the actual operation situation of Z Coal Industry Group Company as the empirical analysis object, this paper analyzes the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses in the external environment of the company, and obtains the strategic objectives of the company at the present stage. Strategic planning and strategic measures to be taken. First of all, the use of PEST analysis model and Porter five-force model to analyze the macro-environment and industry environment of Z Coal Industry Group Company. In order to understand the basic situation of the external environment of the company. Secondly, starting from the resource and capability situation, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in the internal conditions of Z Coal Industry Group Company, and identifies the key factors that affect the development of the company. Thirdly, through the construction of SWOT analysis model and quantitative strategic evaluation matrix, clear the strategic positioning of Z Coal Group Company under the financial crisis, and determine the overall development strategic objectives of the company. Finally, we choose ST-strategy as the future development strategy of the company. Finally, the ST-strategy corresponding to the future development of the company. Put forward a series of measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. The study of this paper determines the future development strategy of Z Coal Industry Group Company under the financial crisis, which has an important guiding significance for the company to achieve its sustainable development. At the same time. The research in this paper also provides some reference and help for the development strategy of other large coal enterprises under the financial crisis.
