【摘要】:在市場競爭日趨激烈的環(huán)境下,越來越多的研究是參照國外理論和外國物流企業(yè)的市場行為來提出發(fā)展策略,對企業(yè)物流資源整合的研究卻不多。A企業(yè)作為一家大型裝備制造業(yè)股份有限企業(yè),在2004年至2011年數(shù)年間,銷售業(yè)績和凈利潤實現(xiàn)了年均各增長25%和29%的成績企業(yè)因人力資源成本上漲、原材料成本的上升等主客觀原因,高物流成本的物流管理模式顯然已經(jīng)難以應(yīng)對激烈的市場競爭壓力。所以,本文進行物流資源整合的研究有著十分重要的理論意義和實踐意義。良好的業(yè)績支撐使得A公司一躍成為一家掌握現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、企業(yè)治理結(jié)構(gòu)合理的優(yōu)質(zhì)裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè),雖然該企業(yè)獲得了許多成就,但是在企業(yè)盈利能力上升的情況下,物流成本并沒有被企業(yè)充分重視。本文在充分分析中國物流業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀后,按照大型裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)物流的特點和發(fā)展趨勢,對物流管理和物流資源整合的理論進行了總結(jié)和匯總,著重分析企業(yè)資源整合的必要性和資源整合的方式。通過對企業(yè)資源的有效整合實現(xiàn)降低企業(yè)運營成本,完善服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),提高利潤水平的目的。作為我國大型裝備制造業(yè)企業(yè)的A企業(yè),對其資源進行有效的資源整合,對類似裝備制造生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)具有一定的借鑒意義。大型裝備制造業(yè)資源整合的工作,今后還可以從流程IT系統(tǒng)出發(fā),進一步探討企業(yè)流程管理與信息系統(tǒng)的更好結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Under the increasingly fierce market competition environment, more and more studies are developing strategies based on foreign theories and market behaviors of foreign logistics enterprises. There is not much research on the integration of enterprise logistics resources. A enterprise is a large equipment manufacturing enterprise Co., in 2004 to 2011 years, sales revenue and net profit growth of 25% and 29% of the annual achievement view of enterprise human resources cost rise, the reasons for the rising cost of raw materials, and high cost of logistics, logistics management model is clearly difficult to cope with the market the fierce competition. Therefore, this paper has a very important theoretical and practical significance to study the integration of logistics resources. The good performance of A support makes the company become a high-quality equipment to master modern production technology, corporate governance structure and reasonable manufacturing enterprises, although the company has achieved many achievements, but the rise in profitability of the business situation, the logistics cost has not been enough attention. Based on the full analysis of the present state of development of the logistics industry China, according to the characteristics and development trend of large equipment manufacturing enterprise logistics, and summarizes the summary of logistics management and logistics resource integration theory, analyzes the necessity of enterprise resource integration and resource integration mode. Through the effective integration of enterprise resources to reduce the cost of enterprise operation, improve the service network, improve the purpose of profit level. As an A enterprise of large equipment manufacturing enterprises in China, effective resource integration of its resources has certain reference significance for similar equipment manufacturing enterprises. The work of resource integration of large equipment manufacturing industry can further explore the better combination of enterprise process management and information system from the process of process IT system.
