【摘要】：黨的十八大報告指出:"面對資源約束趨緊、環(huán)境污染嚴重、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化的嚴峻形勢,必須樹立尊重自然、順應(yīng)自然、保護自然的生態(tài)文明理念,把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)放在突出地位,融入經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)、社會建設(shè)各方面和全過程,努力建設(shè)美麗中國,實現(xiàn)中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展。"礦產(chǎn)資源是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和生態(tài)文明進步的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)和能量來源。礦產(chǎn)資源的開發(fā)利用,既服務(wù)于生態(tài)文明建設(shè),也服務(wù)于經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展。但長期以來,這個行業(yè)的發(fā)展層次不一,過去粗獷的開采利用,濫采濫挖現(xiàn)象使得礦業(yè)企業(yè)在民眾印象中就是破壞資源和環(huán)境的代言人。按照黨的十八大要求,大力開展生態(tài)文明建設(shè),發(fā)展綠色礦業(yè)已成為保持礦業(yè)企業(yè)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)人和自然、人和人和諧發(fā)展的大計。
[Abstract]:The eighteen Party Congress report pointed out: "in the face of severe resource constraints, serious situation of serious environmental pollution and ecosystem degradation, must establish respect for nature, comply with nature, protecting the natural ecological civilization, the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position, into all aspects of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and the whole the process, and strive to build a beautiful China, realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. "Mineral resources are the important material basis and energy source of the economic and social development and the progress of ecological civilization." The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources not only serve the construction of ecological civilization, but also serve the development of the economy and society. In the past, rough exploitation and overexploitation had made mining enterprises in the public impression, which was the spokesman for destroying resources and environment. In line with the eighteen requirements of the party, vigorously developing ecological civilization and developing green mining has become a major plan for maintaining the healthy and sustainable development of mining enterprises and realizing the harmonious development of people, nature, people and people.
