【摘要】:管理學(xué)大師彼得·德魯克曾說(shuō):“當(dāng)今企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),不是產(chǎn)品之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而是商業(yè)模式之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”。商業(yè)模式是企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的最高形態(tài),未來(lái)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將主要是商業(yè)模式的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天,企業(yè)必須選擇一個(gè)合適的有效的商業(yè)模式,才能獲取持續(xù)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,保障企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展。然而,在當(dāng)今信息化急劇膨脹的時(shí)代,市場(chǎng)環(huán)境瞬息萬(wàn)變,高科技飛速發(fā)展,消費(fèi)者需求偏好也在不斷發(fā)生變化,這都給企業(yè)的持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展帶來(lái)了極大的挑戰(zhàn),企業(yè)原有的商業(yè)模式在經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的階段之后,正面臨著質(zhì)的改變,也就是創(chuàng)新性的問(wèn)題。企業(yè)想要把握住市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì),在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,對(duì)于商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行不斷的創(chuàng)新就顯得尤為重要。煤炭是我國(guó)重要的基礎(chǔ)性能源,在中國(guó)能源供給結(jié)構(gòu)中處于重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,同時(shí)在能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)中也是處于主導(dǎo)地位。但是,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,煤炭行業(yè)在發(fā)展中也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出各種問(wèn)題,比如環(huán)境污染,技術(shù)落后,行業(yè)管理不規(guī)范,市場(chǎng)集中度低等問(wèn)題。并且,煤炭企業(yè)數(shù)量較多,彼此之間存在較大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力和環(huán)境保護(hù)壓力的雙重壓迫下,大型煤炭企業(yè)不得不擺脫單一煤炭開采和銷售的商業(yè)模式,開始進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,雖然已有很多煤炭企業(yè)對(duì)商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新,但是仍有很多問(wèn)題存在。本文主要借鑒Osterwalder對(duì)商業(yè)模式的研究成果,對(duì)大型煤炭企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行了研究。首先是探討了商業(yè)模式及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究的一些基本概況,為全文分析做了理論鋪墊;其次是分析了大型煤炭企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的必要性,以及大型煤炭企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的路徑選擇和路徑評(píng)估;最后是案例分析,分析了神華集團(tuán)的現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式,以及現(xiàn)有商業(yè)模式的評(píng)估和未來(lái)的展望。
[Abstract]:Peter Drucker, a master of management, once said, "competition among enterprises today is not competition between products, but competition between business models". The business model is the highest form of enterprise competition, and the competition of the future enterprise will be mainly the competition of the business model. In today's increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises must choose a suitable and effective business mode, so as to gain continuous competitiveness and ensure the survival and development of enterprises. However, in today's rapid expansion of information era, the rapidly changing market environment, the development of technology, consumer demand is constantly changing, this is to continue the operation and development of enterprises has brought great challenges, the original business model has experienced a relatively stable stage, is facing a qualitative change that is, the creativity of. Enterprises want to seize the market opportunities, in the competitive position in an invincible position, the continuous innovation of the business model is particularly important. Coal is an important basic energy in China. It plays an important role in China's energy supply structure, and is also in the leading position in the energy consumption structure. However, with the continuous development of social economy, the development of coal industry is gradually showing various problems, such as environmental pollution, technological backwardness, industry management is not standardized, and market concentration is low. In addition, there are a large number of coal enterprises, and there is a big competition pressure between each other. The double oppression in the market competition and the pressure of environmental protection under the large-scale coal enterprises have to get rid of a single coal mining and sales business model to business model innovation, although there are many coal enterprises to carry on business model innovation, but there are still many problems. Based on the research results of Osterwalder on business model, this paper studies the business model innovation of large coal enterprises. The first is to explore some of the business model and business model innovation of basic situation, as the theoretical foundation for the analysis of this thesis; then analyzes the necessity of large-scale coal enterprise business model innovation, and path evaluation and large-scale coal enterprise business model innovation; the last is the case analysis, analysis of the existing business model Shenhua Group, prospects and to evaluate existing and future business model.
