【摘要】:石家莊Sobo商業(yè)有限公司已有20多年的發(fā)展歷史,生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品包括玻璃棉、巖棉和NBR發(fā)泡絕緣材料和鋁箔隔熱材料,產(chǎn)品不僅在國內(nèi)銷售,國外市場(chǎng)已超過25個(gè)國家。目前,員工滿意度問題已成為公司發(fā)展中面臨的挑戰(zhàn)之一。本文包括六章。第一章是緒論,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了Sobo公司的使命、愿景、文化和本文研究目的、意義及方法。第二章是文獻(xiàn)綜述,對(duì)與員工滿意度相關(guān)的人力資源管理、SWOT分析、價(jià)值鏈分析等理論及研究工作進(jìn)行了介紹。在第三章中,首先對(duì)Sobo公司進(jìn)行了SWOT分析、說明了公司員工現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而提出了公司員工滿意度方面存在的問題,分析了其原因及及其對(duì)公司的影響。在第四章中,采用SPSS,對(duì)員工滿意度的影響因素及各因素的影響程度進(jìn)行了定量分析,結(jié)果表明:薪水、福利和激勵(lì)因素對(duì)于員工滿意度發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用,員工期待得到安全培訓(xùn),大多數(shù)員工對(duì)于公司的紀(jì)律和懲罰措施持中立的態(tài)度。第五章提出了提高Sobo公司員工滿意度的解決方案,并說明了其局限性。
