南太湖流域典型入湖河流水質(zhì)與微生物菌群時(shí)空分布研究

數(shù)十年來(lái),我國(guó)太湖等重點(diǎn)流域工業(yè)化城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展,帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的水環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題,受到國(guó)家高度重視與公眾普遍關(guān)注。早期研究認(rèn)為,入湖河流污染是造成太湖等湖(庫(kù))富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化、藻類爆發(fā)、飲水安全的主要原因,研究多數(shù)集中于入湖河流生物生態(tài)修復(fù)、湖庫(kù)控藻抑藻等方面。然而,隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)發(fā)展、引江濟(jì)太、水資源過(guò)度開發(fā)利用,太湖等重點(diǎn)湖泊水位不斷抬高、湖水倒灌頻繁,引發(fā)入湖河流藍(lán)藻水華堆積、修復(fù)工藝性能不佳、斷面水質(zhì)難以穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)。研究不同污染類型的納污水體理化特征與微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)空演替規(guī)律,對(duì)因地制宜地制定“一河一策”、重建健康河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)具有重要意義,尤其是在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)、人口眾多而又水文條件復(fù)雜的重點(diǎn)流域。為此,論文選擇南太湖流域長(zhǎng)興港和西苕溪兩條典型的入湖河流作為研究對(duì)象,在太湖入湖口、城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠排放口、城鎮(zhèn)雨水徑流口、農(nóng)業(yè)面源排水區(qū)4種污染類型所在河段設(shè)置監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)位,運(yùn)用高通量測(cè)序、多元統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等技術(shù),分析典型入湖河流四季的水體理化特征、微生物群落多樣性及其結(jié)構(gòu),剖析復(fù)雜水文條件下污染類型對(duì)河流微生物生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響及其優(yōu)勢(shì)菌群功能。主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)分析南太湖流域兩條典型入湖河流水質(zhì)特征發(fā)...
