【摘要】：以2005~2011年貨幣政策調(diào)整相對頻繁的時期為對象的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),地區(qū)財政自決壓力會削弱貨幣政策對國企資本結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整。主要體現(xiàn)在貨幣政策緊縮時期,國企資本結(jié)構(gòu)向下調(diào)整程度較小,地區(qū)財政自決程度增強(qiáng)了這一關(guān)系。進(jìn)一步的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),地方政府競爭資金的需求引致國企實(shí)際資本結(jié)構(gòu)持續(xù)偏離目標(biāo)資本結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)際資本結(jié)構(gòu)向目標(biāo)資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的速度較慢。
[Abstract]:Taking the period of relatively frequent adjustment of monetary policy from 2005 to 2011 as the object of study, it is found that the pressure of regional fiscal self-determination will weaken the adjustment of the capital structure of state-owned enterprises by monetary policy, which is mainly reflected in the period of monetary policy tightening. The degree of downward adjustment of state-owned enterprises' capital structure is relatively small, and the degree of regional fiscal self-determination strengthens this relationship. Further analysis shows that the demand of local governments' competitive funds causes the actual capital structure of state-owned enterprises to continue to deviate from the target capital structure. The actual capital structure to the target capital structure adjustment speed is relatively slow.
