工作夾片的鍛造工藝數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:對20CrMnTi工作夾片零件進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,設(shè)計出工作夾片的閉塞鍛造成形工藝方案和模具裝配圖。為驗證設(shè)計工藝的可行性,減少試制周期和生產(chǎn)成本,采用有限元Deform-3D模擬軟件建立工作夾片閉塞鍛造變形的三維動態(tài)仿真模型,對工作夾片一個生產(chǎn)周期內(nèi)鍛造變形過程進行模擬仿真。模擬結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計出的閉塞鍛造工藝方案可行,模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計合理;鍛造過程中凹模受力狀況較凸模復(fù)雜,凸模1受力狀況比凸模2復(fù)雜,模具設(shè)計時應(yīng)優(yōu)先考慮凹模。試制結(jié)果表明,模具材料選擇3Cr2W8V鋼,始鍛溫度為1200℃,終鍛溫度為900℃時,采用優(yōu)化后的工藝方案,可以鍛造出合格的工作夾片。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the structure of the 20CrMnTi working clip, and designs the block forging process scheme and the die assembly drawing of the work clip. In order to verify the feasibility of the design process and reduce the trial production cycle and production cost, the 3D dynamic simulation model of working clip block forging deformation was established by using finite element Deform-3D simulation software. The forging deformation process in a production cycle is simulated and simulated. The simulation results show that the designed closed forging process is feasible and the die structure design is reasonable, and the stress condition of the die is more complicated than that of the convex die, and the stress state of the punch 1 is more complex than that of the punch 2. The die should be given priority in die design. The results show that when the die material is 3Cr2W8V steel, the initial forging temperature is 1200 鈩,
