【摘要】：以典型沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)區(qū)寧夏鹽池縣為例,對2003—2013年城鎮(zhèn)化與沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢進行綜合測度,利用ADF單位根檢驗、Granger因果檢驗、脈沖響應函數(shù)及方差分解模型就城鎮(zhèn)化進程對沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢的動態(tài)影響進行分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)2003年以來,鹽池縣城鎮(zhèn)化水平逐步提高,沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)綜合指數(shù)基本保持在0.3以上。(2)作為人文驅(qū)動因素,城鎮(zhèn)化綜合水平雖不直接對沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢產(chǎn)生作用,但其分量指標卻對沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢及逆轉(zhuǎn)壓力的產(chǎn)生、狀態(tài)的表現(xiàn)和響應的形成產(chǎn)生沖擊。(3)從長期預測來看,沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢及分量指標受自身沖擊的影響隨時間的推移而逐漸減小,城鎮(zhèn)化對沙漠化逆轉(zhuǎn)的解釋能力正在逐步提升,人口遷移、經(jīng)濟增長、社會進步和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展對逆轉(zhuǎn)趨勢、壓力、響應和狀態(tài)的沖擊影響分別維持在78%、58%、13%和9%的水平上。未來鹽池縣城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展應當以人口城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟城鎮(zhèn)化作為關鍵突破點,以促進農(nóng)戶非農(nóng)生計的可持續(xù)性,提高城鎮(zhèn)化對生態(tài)環(huán)境的促進作用。
[Abstract]:Taking Yanchi County of Ningxia, a typical desertification reversal area, as an example, this paper comprehensively measures the trend of urbanization and desertification from 2003 to 2013, and uses ADF unit root test to test Granger causality test. Impulse response function and variance decomposition model were used to analyze the dynamic effect of urbanization on the trend of desertification reversal. The results show that the urbanization level of Yanchi County has gradually increased since 2003, and the comprehensive index of desertification reversal has been kept above 0.3) as a human driving factor. Although the comprehensive level of urbanization does not have a direct effect on the reverse trend of desertification, the comprehensive level of urbanization has no direct effect on the reverse trend of desertification. However, its component index has an impact on the trend of desertification and the formation of reverse pressure, state performance and response. The trend of desertification reversal and the impact of its component index on desertification gradually decrease with the passage of time. The ability of urbanization to explain desertification reversal is gradually improving, population migration and economic growth are increasing. The impact of social progress and urbanization on reversing trend, pressure, response and state were maintained at the level of 78% and 9% respectively. In the future, the development of urbanization in Yanchi County should take population urbanization and economic urbanization as the key breakthrough points, in order to promote the sustainability of farmers' non-agricultural livelihood and the promotion of urbanization to the ecological environment.
