【摘要】：本文基于民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分別采用傾向值匹配法和夏普利值分解探討農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社對(duì)組織勞動(dòng)力非農(nóng)就業(yè)的影響。研究表明:成立農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社能有效組織勞動(dòng)力非農(nóng)就業(yè),且在漢族行政村的作用明顯高于少數(shù)民族行政村;農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社對(duì)組織勞動(dòng)力非農(nóng)就業(yè)差距擴(kuò)大具有正向影響,行政村擁有的農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社差異對(duì)組織勞動(dòng)力非農(nóng)就業(yè)差距的影響在漢族行政村更高。因此,為保障農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的健康流轉(zhuǎn),完善農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社的建設(shè)迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of economic and social investigation in ethnic areas, this paper uses the tendency matching method and the hash value decomposition to discuss the influence of farmers' professional cooperatives on the non agricultural employment of the organization labor. The research shows that the establishment of farmer professional cooperatives can effectively organize the non agricultural employment of the labor force, and the role of the Han administrative village is obviously higher than the minority nationality. The farmers' professional cooperatives have a positive impact on the expansion of the gap between the non agricultural employment and the employment gap of the organization labor. The difference between the farmers' professional cooperatives in the administrative village has a higher impact on the non-agricultural employment gap of the organization labor force in the Han administrative village. Therefore, to ensure the healthy circulation of the rural labor force and improve the construction of the farmers' professional cooperative, the construction of the farmer's professional cooperatives is forced to be in the eyebrows.
