【摘要】：為了解大慶市及周邊地區(qū)豬群中PCV的感染情況,應(yīng)用ELISA和PCR技術(shù)對(duì)采自大慶市5區(qū)4縣及周邊地區(qū)55個(gè)村屯/豬場(chǎng)未免疫PCV2疫苗豬血清樣本649份,5家病豬場(chǎng)和6家屠宰場(chǎng)組織樣本448套,進(jìn)行血清學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)檢查,并對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較分析。結(jié)果顯示,大慶市及周邊地區(qū)未免疫PCV2疫苗豬血清樣品PCV2抗體平均陽(yáng)性率為54.70%,其中斷奶仔豬樣品陽(yáng)性率為50.68%,育肥豬樣品為70.00%,繁育母豬樣品為54.70%。組織樣品PCV1陽(yáng)性率為4.46%,PCV2陽(yáng)性率為22.32%。調(diào)查結(jié)果可為確定地區(qū)流行毒株序列提供原始材料和制定科學(xué)防控措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the infection of PCV in pigs in Daqing city and its surrounding areas, ELISA and PCR techniques were used to detect the serological and molecular biology of 649 samples of unimmunized PCV2 vaccine serum from 5 districts, 4 counties and 5 villages and surrounding areas of Daqing, including 6 slaughterhouses and 5 diseased pig farms. The test results were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the average positive rate of PCV2 antibody in serum samples of unimmunized PCV2 vaccine pigs in Daqing and its surrounding areas was 54.70, among which the positive rate of weaning piglets was 50.68, that of fattening pigs was 70.00,and that of breeding sows was 54.70. The positive rate of PCV1 in tissue sample was 4.46 and the positive rate of PCV2 was 22.32. The results of investigation can provide the basis for determining the sequence of epidemic strains in the region and making scientific prevention and control measures.
