雞源抑菌性乳酸菌的特性研究與鑒定及飼喂肉仔雞的效果研究

【摘要】:目的對籠養(yǎng)蛋雞盲腸中的優(yōu)良乳酸菌進行篩選、鑒定,并飼喂肉雛雞,研究同源乳酸菌作為微生態(tài)制劑的生物學特性。方法通過生長、產(chǎn)酸曲線,耐酸耐膽鹽測定及16SrDNA分子鑒定,對實驗乳酸菌進行生物學特性研究和鑒定。采用單因素試驗設計,選1日齡健康肉公雛雞180只,隨機分成3組。試驗組Ⅰ:飼喂基礎飼糧;試驗組Ⅱ:基礎飼糧+0.01%黃霉素;試驗組Ⅲ:基礎飼糧+0.2%CCL30菌制劑。飼喂28d,研究乳酸菌制劑對肉仔雞的促生長特性。結(jié)果從雞盲腸中分離的乳酸菌CCL30生長迅速、產(chǎn)酸能力強、耐酸耐膽鹽消化,鑒定為Lactobacillus plantarum(植物乳桿菌)。雛雞飼養(yǎng)實驗結(jié)果顯示,飼糧中添加乳酸菌制劑可提高肉雛雞日增重,顯著降低飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率,與抗生素組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義,且乳酸菌制劑能顯著增加盲腸內(nèi)乳酸菌的數(shù)量,有效抑制盲腸內(nèi)大腸埃希菌的繁殖(P0.05)。結(jié)論同源乳酸菌制劑對肉雛雞的生長具有促進作用,有同于抗生素的抑菌作用,且乳酸菌制劑具有安全優(yōu)勢,可替代抗生素作為雞用微生態(tài)制劑應用。
