牛糞與秸稈混合厭氧干發(fā)酵實驗研究

非洲國家的可再生資源豐富,但是要利用這些資源有很大的挑戰(zhàn)。利用隨處丟棄的農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物包括牛糞和玉米秸稈開發(fā)新能源比如生產(chǎn)沼氣將減少對傳統(tǒng)新柴燃燒方式的依賴。傳統(tǒng)燃燒方式造成了環(huán)境的負面影響,包括室內(nèi)環(huán)境污染,森林砍伐和土壤退化。本項研究的目的是以牛糞和玉米秸稈為原料進行沼氣干發(fā)酵研究,實驗其消化特性,主要針對不同發(fā)酵原料配比、消化溫度和水力滯留時間等參數(shù)進行,小試規(guī)模。試驗結(jié)果如下: (1)中溫消化啟動階段是在常溫條件22-28℃進行,之后的半連續(xù)發(fā)酵是采用中溫35±1。C。啟動過程是28天,順利進行,最大日產(chǎn)氣量為8.63L·d-1出現(xiàn)在啟動開始后的第八天,第28天日產(chǎn)氣量降到最低點為1.32L·d-1。 (2)通過秸稈與牛糞混合而提高了原料的C/N,同時原料的空隙率也得以提升這有利于物料間的傳質(zhì)。在中溫消化中,最高裝置產(chǎn)氣率1.30L·(Ld)-1是在HRT為30d的條件下獲得的,此時的原料產(chǎn)氣率是0.57L·(gVS)-1。 (3)高溫沼氣干發(fā)酵的啟動和運行管理比中溫條件更困難。通過增加啟動過程接種污泥量等方法,使高溫沼氣干發(fā)酵(55士1℃)得以實施。隨著投料增加產(chǎn)氣量也明顯增加,...
