西北地區(qū)馬鈴薯軟腐病和黑脛病致病菌鑒定及特性分析(英文)

西北地區(qū)是我國(guó)馬鈴薯的重要產(chǎn)區(qū),為了鑒定來自青海、甘肅、寧夏、陜西和內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的馬鈴薯軟腐和黑脛致病菌,利用16S rDNA序列對(duì)來自中國(guó)5個(gè)。ㄗ灾螀^(qū))的48株馬鈴薯致病菌株和28株參比菌株進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析;诰甑男螒B(tài)學(xué)特性、培養(yǎng)性狀和生理生化特性、16S rDNA序列以及特殊基因序列分析進(jìn)行鑒定,利用塊莖接種法測(cè)定不同菌株之間的致病性差異。pel特異性引物表明,48株細(xì)菌均具有果膠溶解特性。其中16個(gè)菌株為胡蘿卜果膠桿菌胡蘿卜亞種(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum),頻數(shù)為31.25%,30個(gè)菌株為黑腐果膠桿菌(Pectobacterium atrosepticum),頻數(shù)為64.50%。16S rRNA基因序列的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育分析表明,Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum與Pectobacterium atrosepticum分別與其他Pcc和Pa菌株聚集成明顯的類群,自舉支持值分別為97%和99%。致病性測(cè)定顯示不同分離菌株浸漬塊莖的水平不同。分離的Pcc和Pa菌株的塊莖...
