中國(guó)西部森林昆蟲病原真菌多樣性與致病力研究

本研究探討了我國(guó)西部森林中昆蟲病原真菌(EFs)的分布與致病力。本研究由兩部分組成:第一部分是確定秦嶺佛坪自然保護(hù)區(qū)(FNNR)內(nèi)昆蟲病原真菌;第二部分是四川森林巴山與川西森林中的昆蟲病原真菌。從佛坪自然保護(hù)區(qū)分離到綠僵菌,白僵菌等昆蟲病原真菌,使用核基因的DNA序列數(shù)據(jù)和形態(tài)學(xué)特征鑒定種類并分析系統(tǒng)發(fā)育關(guān)系。使用MzIGS3基因片段分析佛坪自然保護(hù)區(qū)EFs的進(jìn)化關(guān)系,通過(guò)PARB進(jìn)化樹對(duì)綠僵菌Metarhizium進(jìn)行分析可以明確鑒定到四個(gè)不同的種及其進(jìn)化關(guān)系;但是5’-TEF基因片段僅能夠?qū)G僵菌種類進(jìn)行有限而模糊的區(qū)分。白僵菌則是通過(guò)對(duì)翻譯延伸因子EF-1α和Bloc區(qū)域的序列分析來(lái)進(jìn)行鑒定和分析。綠僵菌物種的豐富度隨著海拔的升高而降低,其中綠僵菌(Metarhizium robertsii s.l.)是沿海拔梯度最豐富的物種。來(lái)自四川省的EFs的形態(tài)學(xué)和分子特征證實(shí)了昆蟲真菌病原體的四個(gè)主要屬,即綠僵菌Metarhizium(173株),白僵菌Beauveria(15株),棒束孢屬Isaria(10株),淡紫紫霉屬Purpureocillium(1株)和一...
