近年來,在納米尺度上構(gòu)建具有高負(fù)載能力、有序介孔孔道和表面改性的中空載體是藥物遞送的研究熱點(diǎn)。本論文采用阿維菌素(avermectin,AVM)和氯蟲苯甲酰胺(chlorantraniliprole,CLAP)作為模式藥物,分別制備了不同尺寸和釋放性能的功能化中空介孔二氧化硅納米粒子(Hollow20mesoporous20silica,HMS),負(fù)載模式藥物后,采用α-環(huán)糊精作為封堵劑封閉HMS表面的介孔,制備了能夠在昆蟲中腸中響應(yīng)酶的刺激從而釋放藥物的控制釋放劑型(controlled20release20formulation,CRF)。主要結(jié)果如下:以不同尺寸的聚苯乙烯膠束為模板,正硅酸四乙酯在其表面水解凝聚成二氧化硅,經(jīng)600℃高溫煅燒去除聚苯乙烯模板,得到三種尺寸(14020nm,40020nm和1500nm)的中空介孔二氧化硅。應(yīng)用N-苯基氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷對HMS表面進(jìn)行改性,以擴(kuò)散的方式將農(nóng)藥負(fù)載至改性的HMS中。然后,采用α-環(huán)糊精作為封堵劑與苯胺基發(fā)生作用,封閉HMS表面介孔,從而制備出控制釋放劑型。通過透射電子顯微鏡(transmission20electro...
