殺蟲劑和高溫脅迫對兩種赤眼蜂的影響

  作為多種鱗翅目害蟲卵期的重要寄生性天敵,赤眼蜂在世界范圍內(nèi)已經(jīng)被成功地應用于淹沒式釋放和接種式釋放生物防治項目中。然而,在農(nóng)田生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中,該寄生性天敵在發(fā)揮其控害潛能的過程中很可能會受到殺蟲劑和高溫的干擾。本研究選取小菜蛾卵期的兩種重要赤眼蜂(螟黃赤眼蜂和卷蛾分索赤眼蜂)為供試蜂種,在實驗室條件下通過視頻跟蹤和肉眼觀測的方法評估了田間常用殺蟲劑(高效氯氰菊酯和多殺菌素)和短期高溫對兩種赤眼蜂行為和生物學特性的影響。研究結果將為赤眼蜂的田間應用提供建議,從而提高赤眼蜂的控害潛能。為了評估殺蟲劑對螟黃赤眼蜂行為的影響,供試蜂在測試前先暴露于LC1和LC20的殺蟲劑24小時。而在高溫對卷蛾分索赤眼蜂生物學特性影響的研究中,三種溫度(33,36,和39攝氏度)、四種暴露時間(2,4,6,和8小時)和四個處理蟲態(tài)(胚胎-一齡幼蟲期,二齡幼蟲期,預蛹期,和蛹期)被選為三個影響因素。本研究的主要結果如下:1螟黃赤眼蜂配偶選擇和寄主卵識別行為研究研究表明,當螟黃赤眼蜂雄蜂同時面對一頭同種雌蜂(螟黃赤眼蜂)和一頭異種雌蜂(卷蛾分索赤眼蜂)時,螟黃赤眼蜂雄蜂能夠...
