民族關系研究中的內隱偏見調查綜述

摘要
不同民族之間往往存在偏見,其中內隱偏見是一個民族無意識中自動對另一個民族產生的片面乃至錯誤的看法和態(tài)度.心理學角度的啟動技術、內隱聯(lián)想測驗、反應/不反應聯(lián)想測驗等三種內隱范式的研究都發(fā)現了民族內隱偏見現象.我們對已有研究進行了分析,發(fā)現民族、宗教間的接觸時間,社會主流觀點,政府政策等都是內隱偏見的影響因素.由于偏見會影響民族間的交往、情緒識別以及攻擊性評價,因此我們提出,通過加強民族問的友好交往、抑制刻板印象、調整個體動機、改變環(huán)境、加強積極的教育和媒體宣傳、增加控制加工等方法來減小民族內隱偏見及其影響.最后,我們提出了民族內隱偏見的形成、影響及調節(jié)模型,以更好地解釋偏見、行為與調節(jié)策略之間的關系.
