【摘要】：受現(xiàn)代性影響,京族傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)組織翁村社會(huì)管理功能消失,解紛止?fàn)幑δ苋趸?社會(huì)影響力下降,京族人重構(gòu)翁村的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制和功能,使之轉(zhuǎn)型為具有更廣泛社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)組織,在京族文化的傳承與發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要作用。翁村轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)程,是少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)組織為適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代生存環(huán)境進(jìn)行自我改造與重構(gòu)的過(guò)程,給少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)組織的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型以良好的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。從翁村轉(zhuǎn)型路徑中可以看出,少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)組織的轉(zhuǎn)型具有現(xiàn)實(shí)可行性,推動(dòng)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)組織轉(zhuǎn)型的主體是族群成員,政府主導(dǎo)是少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)組織轉(zhuǎn)型的有效路徑,功能轉(zhuǎn)型是少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)組織轉(zhuǎn)型的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of modernity, the social management function of Weng Village, the traditional social organization of the Jing nationality, disappears, the function of resolving disputes and disputes is weakened, the social influence drops, and the Jing people reconstruct the organizational structure, operation mechanism and function of Weng Village. To transform it into a modern social organization with a broader social foundation, which plays an important role in the inheritance and development of the culture of the Jing nationality. It is the process of self-transformation and reconstruction of traditional social organizations of minority nationalities in order to adapt to the modern living environment. It can be seen from the path of transformation of Weng Village that the modern transformation of traditional organizations of ethnic minorities can be used for reference. The transformation of traditional minority organizations has practical feasibility. The main body of the transformation of traditional organizations of ethnic minorities is ethnic group members, and the government leading is the effective path of transformation of traditional organizations of ethnic minorities. Functional transformation is the core content of the transformation of traditional minority organizations.
