【摘要】：社會(huì)工作在本質(zhì)上是以文化為基礎(chǔ)的,以少數(shù)民族為工作對(duì)象的民族社會(huì)工作更是要高度重視文化因素。以探討"文化敏感"背后的價(jià)值傾向?yàn)榍腥朦c(diǎn),對(duì)民族社會(huì)工作中的文化及其面相進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,厘清其價(jià)值取向與認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)的雙重屬性,強(qiáng)調(diào)其對(duì)社會(huì)工作者和服務(wù)對(duì)象的各自意義,以求達(dá)到雙方視域融合基礎(chǔ)上的工作開展。同時(shí),在探討文化處遇時(shí)開展了對(duì)價(jià)值觀的一般與特殊、文化自負(fù)與文化自卑、文化持守與文化發(fā)展這幾組文化問題的思考。
[Abstract]:In essence, social work is based on culture, and ethnic social work with ethnic minorities as the object of work should attach great importance to cultural factors and explore the value tendency behind "cultural sensitivity" as the starting point. This paper systematically combs the culture and its face in the national social work, clarifies the dual attributes of its value orientation and cognitive structure, and emphasizes its respective significance to social workers and service objects.
