【摘要】：語言人權(quán)是人類的一種基本人權(quán),是在少數(shù)民族語言和少數(shù)人使用的語言瀕危的背景下所提出的人權(quán)主張。少數(shù)民族語言人權(quán)關(guān)系著民族問題處理、世界語言多樣性保持等重要問題,具有學(xué)術(shù)、歷史、文化等各方面研究?jī)r(jià)值。少數(shù)民族語言人權(quán)是社會(huì)實(shí)踐發(fā)展中涌現(xiàn)出的問題,歸屬具體學(xué)科范疇,哲學(xué)對(duì)其有宏觀上的指導(dǎo)意義,因此,語言人權(quán)問題可以用概括性的哲學(xué)思維來分析和思考,并根據(jù)哲學(xué)問題的方法論來對(duì)相關(guān)問題的進(jìn)展提出指導(dǎo)性建議。哲學(xué)語境下的少數(shù)民族語言人權(quán)分析和研究可以使該問題研究脫離具體問題現(xiàn)象的羈絆,在理論高度上形成更為客觀真實(shí)的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Language human rights is one of the basic human rights of human beings. It is put forward in the context of the endangered minority languages and minority languages. The human rights of minority languages are related to the handling of ethnic problems. The preservation of world language diversity and other important issues have academic, historical, cultural and other aspects of research value. Human rights of minority languages are emerging in the development of social practice, belonging to specific disciplines. Philosophy has the macroscopic guiding significance, therefore, the language human rights question may use the general philosophy thought to analyze and ponder. According to the methodology of philosophical problems, this paper puts forward some guiding suggestions on the progress of related issues. The analysis and research on the human rights of minority languages in the philosophical context can make the study of this issue free from the fetters of the phenomenon of specific problems. A more objective and real research result is formed in the theoretical height.
