旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展給旅游目的地,特別是少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的社會(huì)文化、生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。由于少數(shù)民族地區(qū)地處偏遠(yuǎn),信息閉塞,社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)落后,社會(huì)發(fā)育程度不高等因素,使得社區(qū)民眾的參與能力較低,無法真正從旅游發(fā)展中獲益,由此出現(xiàn)了“二碩博在線論文網(wǎng)性”旅游收益現(xiàn)象。針對(duì)少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的獨(dú)特性和典型性,對(duì)社區(qū)民眾參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究,無疑能夠?yàn)槁糜畏鲐殞ふ腋鼮榍袑?shí)的途徑,為現(xiàn)行旅游開發(fā)中存在的利益“二碩博在線論文網(wǎng)性”分配不足制定有效的解決方案。本論文以少數(shù)民族地區(qū)社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制為切入點(diǎn),從中總結(jié)出民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制與運(yùn)行思路,從而解決民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展機(jī)制研究中的一些盲點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn),為民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展機(jī)制的實(shí)踐提供更清晰、系統(tǒng)的思路,發(fā)揮社區(qū)參與的作用,推動(dòng)民族社區(qū)居民的經(jīng)濟(jì)受益、民族社區(qū)旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,為旅游業(yè)帶動(dòng)民族社區(qū)的建設(shè)提供一定的幫助。本論文共分五個(gè)部分:第一部分為導(dǎo)論。主要介紹論文的選題依據(jù)、選題意 義、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究策略和主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)、社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述以及研究展望等。第二部分為社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的基本理論不足深思。主要包括對(duì)社區(qū)、民族社區(qū)以及社區(qū)參與內(nèi)涵的界定,對(duì)社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的基本理論的總結(jié),并從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)的角度對(duì)社區(qū)參與旅游作了淺析淺析。第三部分為民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的近況淺析淺析。主要包括民族社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展的背景淺析淺析;民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的內(nèi)容;民族社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展中存在的不足;民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的制約因素;以及民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)意 義等。第四部分為民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)因淺析淺析。文章從旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)收益的公平分配、資助特別貧困的家庭、尋找可替代能源、旅游征地補(bǔ)償制度等幾個(gè)方面淺析淺析了民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)因。第五部分為民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制研究。文章首先對(duì)民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的機(jī)制框架進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行了具體淺析淺析,并對(duì)民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制優(yōu)化作了研究,最后提出了民族社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制保障措施。
【Abstract】 The vigorous development of tourism has brought far-reaching implications to the tourist destinations, especially to the ethnic minority areas of socio-cultural, ecological environment. Factors as remoteness of the locations, lack of communications, relatively backward economy and low-level social development have led to the low degree of participation by the communities of ethnic minorities as well as their lack of engagement in the running and management of the modern industries. Besides, the phenomenon of“duality”tourism benefit has also emerged. Studies on the motive mechanism of the communities’evolvement in tourism development in connection with the specialty and typicality of the regions inhabited by ethnic groups can undoubtedly provide a more practical approach for poverty alleviation through tourism and make an effective resolution for the allocation of“duality”benefits in the present tourism development.For the entry point of motive mechanism of the minority community participation in tourism development, the paper summed up the motive mechanism and operation ideas of national community participation, so as to solve some spots and difficulties in the study of mechanism of community participation, and provide more clearly and system ideas for the practice of mechanism of community participation, play the role of community participation, promote the sustainable development of the economic benefit of community residents、community tourism, and provide some help for the building of community brought form the tourism.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It mainly introduces the topic’s basis、the topic’s meaning、the content of research、the research methods and technology routes as well as domestic and international study on community participation in tourism development.The second part is the basic theoretical thinking of community participation in tourism development. It mainly includes the definition of the community、ethnic communities and community participation, the conclusion of basic theory of community participation in tourism development, and also analyses the community participation tourism from the view of economics and sociology.The third part is the practical analyses of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development. It mainly includes the background analysis of tourism development of ethnic communities, the content of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development, the problems of ethnic communities in tourism development, the constraints of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development and the practical significance of ethnic communities participating in tourism development.The forth part is the cause analyses of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development. The paper analysis the cause of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development from the fair distribution of tourism economic benefits, the financing of special poverty-stricken families, the sorting alternative energy, tourism land requisition compensation system and some aspects like those.The fifth part is the study of the mechanism power of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development. This part is the core of the paper. It firstly studies the framework mechanism, on this basis of study the mechanism power of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development is analyzed specially, and proposes safeguard measures of the mechanism power of ethnic communities to participate in the tourism development.
