【摘要】：目的研究真空負(fù)壓拔罐聯(lián)合生肌溶液治療Ⅲ期壓瘡的效果。方法將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例Ⅲ期壓瘡的患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(拔罐聯(lián)合生肌溶液)和對(duì)照組(外科清創(chuàng)聯(lián)合橡皮生肌膏),分別于初診首日(治療前),第14天(2周),第28天(4周)各觀察記錄1次,分別從治療效果、疼痛程度、治愈時(shí)間及治療費(fèi)用進(jìn)行研究比較。結(jié)果兩組間療效差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,治療組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,P0.05。結(jié)論拔罐聯(lián)合生肌溶液治療Ⅲ期壓瘡有明顯療效,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of vacuum negative pressure cupping combined with myogenic solution in the treatment of stage III pressure sore. Methods 72 patients with stage III pressure sore who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (cupping combined with muscle solution) and control group (surgical debridement combined with rubber muscle ointment). The first day of initial diagnosis (before treatment) and the 14th day (2 weeks), respectively. On the 28th day (4 weeks), the therapeutic effect, pain degree, cure time and treatment cost were studied and compared. Results there was significant difference between the two groups. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Cupping combined with myogenic solution is effective in the treatment of stage III pressure sore and is worth popularizing in clinic.
