【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)不同清潔方法對(duì)兒童霧化器的清潔效果。方法隨機(jī)抽取某院門診霧化中心進(jìn)行霧化吸入治療的患兒27例,以及同期入住該院呼吸內(nèi)科且每日至少接受2次霧化吸入治療的患兒30例(分為對(duì)照組:霧化器由家屬自行清洗和保存;干預(yù)A組:霧化器由指定醫(yī)務(wù)人員統(tǒng)一清洗;干預(yù)B組:統(tǒng)一回收后浸泡于含少量清洗劑的溫水中5 min,其余步驟同干預(yù)A組),比較不同部位、不同使用時(shí)間、不同分組霧化器的細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)。結(jié)果霧化吸入治療的第1天、第2天,以及≥3 d門診患兒霧化器不同部位均報(bào)告有大量的細(xì)菌菌落數(shù),其中以霧化器面罩內(nèi)壁污染最重(中位數(shù):1 250~1 775.00CFU)。對(duì)照組住院患兒不同時(shí)間(霧化第1、3、5、7天)霧化器面罩內(nèi)壁和儲(chǔ)藥杯內(nèi)壁平均細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)(中位數(shù)分別為:100.00~625.00、50.00~625.00CFU)均高于干預(yù)A、B組(中位數(shù):0.00~12.50 CFU);對(duì)照組、干預(yù)A組、干預(yù)B組患兒空氣導(dǎo)管接口的平均細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)(中位數(shù):0.00~25.00CFU)比較,干預(yù)A組和B組間平均細(xì)菌菌落數(shù)比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論規(guī)范的清潔保存可降低霧化器細(xì)菌污染程度,使用清水沖洗,不加用清洗劑,也可保證霧化器的清潔效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the cleaning effect of different cleaning methods on children atomizer.
