【摘要】：目的評價新生兒面部編碼系統(tǒng)、新生兒疼痛量表和新生兒急性疼痛評估量表用于新生兒足跟采血疼痛評估的信度和效度。方法入選102例胎齡為29~42周行足跟采血操作的新生兒。通過床邊錄像,3名護士用3種量表獨立完成操作前1 min、操作中和操作后1 min共918次疼痛評估。結(jié)果新生兒面部編碼系統(tǒng)、新生兒疼痛量表和新生兒急性疼痛評估量表操作中疼痛評分均值最高,且同一量表操作前、中、后的疼痛評分差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.001)。操作前、中、后3種量表疼痛評分的Cronbachα系數(shù)分別為0.663、0.887、0.942;0.286、0.868、0.924;0.215、0.845、0.873。3種量表評估者間疼痛評分的組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.841~0.938、0.674~0.948、0.740~0.948。結(jié)論以上3種量表用于評估新生兒足跟采血疼痛,具有良好的信度和效度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of neonatal facial coding system, neonatal pain scale and neonatal acute pain assessment scale in the evaluation of neonatal heel blood collection pain. Methods 102 neonates with gestational age of 29 weeks and 42 weeks were selected for heel blood collection. Through bedside video, three nurses independently completed a total of 918 pain assessments at 1 min, before operation and 1 min after operation. Results the mean pain score of neonatal facial coding system, neonatal pain scale and neonatal acute pain assessment scale was the highest, and the difference of pain score before, during and after the same scale operation was statistically significant (P 0.001).
