【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)新生兒面部編碼系統(tǒng)、新生兒疼痛量表和新生兒急性疼痛評(píng)估量表用于新生兒足跟采血疼痛評(píng)估的信度和效度。方法入選102例胎齡為29~42周行足跟采血操作的新生兒。通過(guò)床邊錄像,3名護(hù)士用3種量表獨(dú)立完成操作前1 min、操作中和操作后1 min共918次疼痛評(píng)估。結(jié)果新生兒面部編碼系統(tǒng)、新生兒疼痛量表和新生兒急性疼痛評(píng)估量表操作中疼痛評(píng)分均值最高,且同一量表操作前、中、后的疼痛評(píng)分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.001)。操作前、中、后3種量表疼痛評(píng)分的Cronbachα系數(shù)分別為0.663、0.887、0.942;0.286、0.868、0.924;0.215、0.845、0.873。3種量表評(píng)估者間疼痛評(píng)分的組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.841~0.938、0.674~0.948、0.740~0.948。結(jié)論以上3種量表用于評(píng)估新生兒足跟采血疼痛,具有良好的信度和效度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of neonatal facial coding system, neonatal pain scale and neonatal acute pain assessment scale in the evaluation of neonatal heel blood collection pain. Methods 102 neonates with gestational age of 29 weeks and 42 weeks were selected for heel blood collection. Through bedside video, three nurses independently completed a total of 918 pain assessments at 1 min, before operation and 1 min after operation. Results the mean pain score of neonatal facial coding system, neonatal pain scale and neonatal acute pain assessment scale was the highest, and the difference of pain score before, during and after the same scale operation was statistically significant (P 0.001).
