【摘要】：目的:對2型糖尿病患者進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理,對其干預(yù)療效的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析研究,為臨床治療提供有價值的方式手段。方法:選取我院在2012-05~2014-10中所接收的150例2型糖尿病患者,將其隨機(jī)分為對照組和干預(yù)組,每組共有患者75例,對照組患者采取常規(guī)的護(hù)理方式,干預(yù)組的患者進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上,采用綜合護(hù)理的模式,并對兩組患者在治療依從性、血糖變化情況以及生活質(zhì)量改變等方面進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果:通過對指標(biāo)的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理之后,干預(yù)組中的患者在按時服藥、堅持運(yùn)動以及合理飲食等方面的治療依從性明顯要高于對照組;且干預(yù)組患者的糖化血紅蛋白、餐后2h血糖以及空腹血糖的指標(biāo)也要明顯的低于對照組;在進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理之后,干預(yù)組中患者的生活和心理等情況也要優(yōu)于對照組,差異十分明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論:通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對2型糖尿病患者進(jìn)行綜合護(hù)理的方法,其干預(yù)效果十分的顯著,不僅提高了患者對治療的依從性,還使得其自身的血糖情況實現(xiàn)了有效的控制,大大提高了患者的生活質(zhì)量和心理健康,對治療具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義,值得在臨床中實現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步的推廣與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to provide a valuable method for clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus by comprehensive nursing and analysis of the results of its intervention. Methods: 150 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group (n = 75) and intervention group (n = 75). The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, and the patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 75) and the intervention group (n = 75). On the basis of routine nursing in the intervention group, the comprehensive nursing mode was adopted, and the treatment compliance, the change of blood glucose and the change of quality of life were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results: after comprehensive nursing, the treatment compliance of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group in taking medicine on time, persevering in exercise and reasonable diet. The indexes of glycosylated hemoglobin, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group. After comprehensive nursing, the life and psychology of the patients in the intervention group were better than those in the control group, the difference was very significant (P0.05). Conclusion: through the research, it is found that the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is remarkable, which not only improves the patients' compliance to treatment, but also makes their own blood sugar condition effectively controlled. It greatly improves the quality of life and mental health of the patients, and is of great practical significance to the treatment, and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
