【摘要】：目的探討認知雙重任務(wù)對平衡功能的影響,分析平衡維持的感覺策略。方法 2015年6月至2016年6月,34例健康青年隨機分為對照組(n=17)和觀察組(n=17),在動態(tài)平衡儀上進行改良臨床平衡測試。2周后,對照組再次進行測試,觀察組在測試時加心算任務(wù)。記錄站立在硬面和軟墊上,睜眼、閉眼狀態(tài)下的質(zhì)心擺動速度和質(zhì)心擺動速度綜合值。結(jié)果第2次測量時,對照組閉眼軟墊站立時,質(zhì)心擺動速度較第1次降低(t=2.535,P0.05);觀察組睜眼軟墊站立時,質(zhì)心擺動速度較第1次增加(t=-2.220,P0.05),與對照組相比明顯增加(t=-3.128,P0.01);質(zhì)心擺動速度綜合值對照組較第1次明顯降低(t=3.007,P0.01),觀察組較第1次增加(t=-2.170,P0.05),兩組間有顯著性差異(t=-2.143,P0.05)。結(jié)論健康青年在加入認知任務(wù)后,平衡功能被干擾,特別是睜眼軟墊站立時更明顯;執(zhí)行兩種或以上任務(wù)時,感覺系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先分配維持平衡。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of cognitive dual task on balance function and to analyze the sensory strategies of balance maintenance. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 34 healthy young people were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 17) and observation group (n = 17). The observation group was given mental tasks at the time of the test. Record the combined value of center of mass swing velocity and center of mass swing velocity when standing on hard face and soft pad, opening eyes and closing eyes. Results during the second measurement, the swinging velocity of the center of mass of the control group was lower than that of the first time (t = 2.535, P0.05) when the soft pad closed eyes were standing in the control group. The swinging velocity of the center of mass in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 3.128, P0.01) when standing on the soft pad (t = 2.220, P 0.05) and significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 2.220, P < 0.05). The comprehensive value of center-of-mass swing velocity in the control group was significantly lower than that in the first time (t = 3.007, P0.01), and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the first time (t = 2.170, P 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two groups (t = 2.143, P 0.05). Conclusion the balance function of healthy young people is disturbed after adding cognitive task, especially when the soft pad is standing, and the priority distribution of sensory system maintains balance when two or more tasks are performed.
