手術室耗材閉環(huán)供應鏈配送方案的構建及效果研究

【摘要】:目的構建手術室耗材閉環(huán)供應鏈配送方案,將其在手術室耗材管理中應用并評價其應用效果。方法成立優(yōu)化團隊,分析目前手術室在耗材配送過程中存在的問題,建立手術室耗材閉環(huán)供應鏈配送方案,采用"前向供應和逆向供應"的配送管理方式,比較應用前后手術物品準備時間、耗材供應時間、連臺手術銜接時間、每日退回無菌耗材室的耗材件數(shù)、巡回護士在位率。結果采用手術室耗材閉環(huán)供應鏈配送方案后,手術物品準備時間由(16.36±8.08)min縮短到了(10.33±5.75)min,耗材供應時間由(4.50±1.36)min縮短到(2.98±1.03)min,連臺手術銜接時間由(21.38±9.58)min縮短到(19.78±7.64)min,每日退回無菌耗材室的耗材件數(shù)由(119.47±34.79)件減少至(112.24±37.76)件,手術室巡回護士的在位率由82.80%提升至84.90%,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論手術室耗材閉環(huán)供應鏈配送方案能夠縮短物品供應時間、加快手術周轉率,促進耗材的流通管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct a closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme for operating room consumables and evaluate its application effect in the management of operating room consumables. Methods the optimization team was set up to analyze the problems existing in the distribution of consumables in the operating room at present, and the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme of consumables in the operating room was established, and the distribution management mode of "forward supply and reverse supply" was adopted. The preparation time of operation items, supply time of consumables, the connecting time of operation and operation, the quantity of consumables returned to the sterile consumables room per day, and the sitting rate of itinerant nurses were compared before and after the application. Results after using the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme for operating room consumables, the preparation time of surgical supplies was shortened from (16.36 鹵8.08) min to (10.33 鹵5.75) min, supplies from (4.50 鹵1.36) min to (2.98 鹵1.03) min,. The connecting time of operation was shortened from (21.38 鹵9.58) min to (19.78 鹵7.64) min, daily returning sterile consumables room from (119.47 鹵34.79) to (112.24 鹵37.76). The occupancy rate of roving nurses in operating room increased from 82.80% to 84.90%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the closed-loop supply chain distribution scheme of consumables in operating room can shorten the time of supply, accelerate the turnover rate of operation, and promote the circulation and management of consumables.
