【摘要】：目的探討同伴支持教育在1型糖尿病患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法將68例1型糖尿病患者隨機(jī)分成實(shí)驗(yàn)組及對(duì)照組,每組34例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受同伴支持教育,對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)健康教育。比較兩組干預(yù)前、干預(yù)后3個(gè)月、6個(gè)月時(shí)的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白、中文版糖尿病痛苦量表得分及兩組參與維持階段教育次數(shù)。結(jié)果兩組的餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白的組間效應(yīng)及時(shí)間效應(yīng)差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,兩組的空腹血糖的時(shí)間效應(yīng)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,兩組的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖和糖化血紅蛋白的干預(yù)與時(shí)間因素存在交互效應(yīng)。兩組的糖尿病痛苦量表總分及與生活規(guī)律相關(guān)、與情感相關(guān)、與人際關(guān)系相關(guān)維度得分的組間效應(yīng)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組的糖尿病痛苦量表總分和各維度得分的時(shí)間效應(yīng)(P0.01)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,兩組的糖尿病痛苦量表總分和各維度得分的干預(yù)與時(shí)間因素存在交互效應(yīng)。結(jié)論同伴支持教育模式能夠顯著提高1型糖尿病患者的血糖管理能力,改善其心理狀態(tài),提高其參與健康教育的主動(dòng)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of peer support education in type 1 diabetes mellitus. Methods 68 patients with type 1 diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 34 cases in each group. The experimental group received peer support education, while the control group received routine health education. The fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, the scores of Chinese version Diabetes Mellitus pain scale and the education times of the two groups were compared before, 3 months and 6 months after intervention. Results there were significant differences in blood glucose and hemoglobin glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups. The time effect of fasting blood glucose was significantly different between the two groups, and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups was significantly different. The intervention of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin had interaction with time factors. The total score of diabetes pain scale and its relationship with life law, emotion and interpersonal relationship were significantly different between the two groups (P0.05). There were significant differences in the total score of diabetes pain scale and the time effect of each dimension score (P0.01) between the two groups. The intervention of the total score of diabetes pain scale and the score of each dimension of the two groups had interactive effects with time factors. Conclusion Peer support education model can significantly improve the blood glucose management ability of patients with type 1 diabetes, improve their psychological status, and enhance their initiative to participate in health education.
