健康管理對(duì)頸動(dòng)脈狹窄患者血脂水平及頸動(dòng)脈斑塊的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of health management on blood lipid level and carotid plaque in patients with carotid artery stenosis. Methods 180 patients with carotid artery stenosis were divided into health management group (90 cases) and routine treatment group (90 cases). Both groups were given routine treatment, the health management group for 12 months of continuous health management. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density egg self cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured before and 6 and 12 months after treatment. Carotid artery was detected by color Doppler ultrasound. Results the level of TC,TG,LDL-C in health management group and routine treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment at the 6th and 12th month (P0.05). There was no significant difference in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05). The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the health management group were significantly lower than those in the routine treatment group at the 12th month after treatment (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Crouse plaque score between health management group and routine treatment group before treatment and 6 months after treatment (P0.05). The score of Crouse plaque in the health management group was significantly lower than that before treatment at the 12th month (P0.05). There was no significant difference in Crouse plaque score between the two groups before and after treatment (P0.05). The score of Crouse plaque in the health management group was significantly lower than that in the routine treatment group at 12 months (P0.05). Conclusion long-term health management intervention can reduce blood lipid level and improve carotid plaque in patients with carotid artery stenosis.
