【摘要】：目的探討康復日記療法對肝硬化住院患者營養(yǎng)支持健康教育的效果。方法對2015年1月至2016年8月入院的200例肝硬化腹水患者隨機分成實驗組(n=100)和對照組(n=100),兩組均給予消化內科肝硬化常規(guī)護理,實驗組給予康復日記的書寫指導及督查,干預3 w后比較兩組患者營養(yǎng)風險篩查評分情況、營養(yǎng)知識知曉情況、疾病相關臨床指標及營養(yǎng)指標的變化。結果經3 w干預后,實驗組患者的營養(yǎng)知識知曉率、營養(yǎng)風險及營養(yǎng)指標均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),實驗組血常規(guī)、肝功能的實驗室指標有改善(P0.05)。結論康復日記的運用明顯提升肝硬化患者營養(yǎng)知識知曉率,有效改善患者營養(yǎng)支持、促進患者康復,可作為健康教育的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of rehabilitation diary therapy on nutritional support health education of inpatients with liver cirrhosis. Methods from January 2015 to August 2016, 200 patients with cirrhotic ascites were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 100) and control group (n = 100). After 3 weeks of intervention, the nutritional risk screening scores, nutritional knowledge, disease related clinical indicators and nutritional indicators were compared between the two groups. Results after 3 weeks of intervention, the understanding rate of nutritional knowledge, nutritional risk and nutritional index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P0.05), and the blood routine and the laboratory indexes of liver function were improved in the experimental group (P0.05). Conclusion the use of rehabilitation diary can obviously improve the understanding rate of nutrition knowledge of patients with liver cirrhosis, improve the nutritional support of patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients. It can be used as a method of health education.
