【摘要】：正昏迷是康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)科中的常見病和多發(fā)病,其并發(fā)癥多,生存質(zhì)量差,治療費(fèi)用昂貴,不僅給國家、社會(huì)和家庭帶來了沉重的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),而且給患者家屬也帶來了巨大的生活壓力和精神壓力,因此對(duì)昏迷患者進(jìn)行促醒,恢復(fù)其功能,減少致殘率和提高患者的生存質(zhì)量,使其真正重返家庭、回歸社會(huì),對(duì)促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧具有重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)意義。迷走神經(jīng)電刺激(vagus nerve stimulation,VNS)已經(jīng)廣泛地應(yīng)用于難治
