基于靜息態(tài)功能磁共振成像技術(shù)研究低頻振幅下口服黃連苦味的中樞響應(yīng)機(jī)制

【摘要】:目的:基于靜息態(tài)功能磁共振腦成像(Rf MRI)技術(shù),研究黃連苦味的中樞響應(yīng)特點。方法:選擇20各健康志愿者,收集口服黃連前后靜息狀態(tài)f MRI腦功能數(shù)據(jù),并記錄味覺評分表,采用SPM 8及REST 1.6軟件分析數(shù)據(jù)得到低頻振幅(ALFF)圖,配對t檢驗分析,P0.001為差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:口服黃連前后志愿者ALFF信號增加的腦區(qū)主要有雙側(cè)島葉、右側(cè)島蓋、右側(cè)海馬旁回、左側(cè)額葉眶回等。ALFF信號信號降低主要有左側(cè)島蓋、左側(cè)海馬旁回、左側(cè)前上扣帶回、右側(cè)額葉眶回等。結(jié)論:黃連苦味對靜息態(tài)腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)活動有影響,以味覺中樞及情緒相關(guān)腦區(qū)表現(xiàn)明顯。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the central response of Coptis chinensis bitter taste based on resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (RF MRI). Methods: 20 healthy volunteers were selected to collect fMRI brain function data of resting state before and after oral administration of Coptis chinensis, and to record the taste score table. The low frequency amplitude (ALFF) map was obtained by SPM8 and REST1.6 software. There was significant difference in pairing t test analysis (P 0.001). Results: the increase of ALFF signal was mainly found in bilateral insular lobe, right insular cover, right perihippocampal gyrus, left frontal orbital gyrus and so on. The decrease of ALFF signal was mainly in left insular cap, left parahippocampal gyrus and left anterior superior cingulate gyrus. Right frontal lobe orbital gyrus etc. Conclusion: the bitter taste of Coptis chinensis has an effect on resting brain network activity, especially in the taste center and emotional related brain area.
