【摘要】：目的探討延續(xù)護(hù)理對老年患者肩袖修補(bǔ)術(shù)后功能康復(fù)的影響。方法選取老年肩袖撕裂患者60例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和干預(yù)組,每組30例,分別對其進(jìn)行常規(guī)指導(dǎo)和延續(xù)護(hù)理,觀察兩組患者術(shù)后肩關(guān)節(jié)視覺模擬評分(VAS)、洛杉磯加利福尼亞大學(xué)評分(UCLA)評分及肩關(guān)節(jié)前屈、體側(cè)外旋、外展角度,同時對兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量水平進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果干預(yù)組患者術(shù)后12個月復(fù)查時,肩關(guān)節(jié)的VAS、UCLA評分及關(guān)節(jié)前屈、體側(cè)外旋、外展角度較對照組明顯改善,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001);干預(yù)組患者的生活質(zhì)量各維度評分均明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論延續(xù)護(hù)理可有效促進(jìn)老年肩袖損傷患者術(shù)后功能康復(fù),提高老年肩袖患者術(shù)后生活質(zhì)量,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing on functional rehabilitation of elderly patients after rotator cuff repair. Methods Sixty elderly patients with rotator cuff tear were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group. The visual analogue score (VAS), UCLA score and shoulder flexion, lateral rotation and abduction angle of the two groups were observed, and the quality of life (QOL) of the two groups were evaluated. Results the VAS-UCLA score, flexion, lateral rotation and abduction angle of the shoulder joint in the intervention group were significantly improved than those in the control group 12 months after operation. The scores of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.001). Conclusion continuous nursing can effectively promote the functional rehabilitation of elderly patients with rotator cuff injury and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with rotator cuff, which is worth popularizing and applying.
