【摘要】：目的:探討癌癥患者主要照顧者的心理困擾及其與成人依戀、社會(huì)支持的關(guān)系。方法:在安徽省某三甲醫(yī)院腫瘤內(nèi)科和乳腺外科就診的癌癥患者,取樣主要照顧者208份。采用簡(jiǎn)易心理困擾狀況評(píng)定量表(K10)、親密關(guān)系經(jīng)歷量表(ECR)、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表(SSQ)分別測(cè)量主要照顧者的心理困擾、成人依戀及社會(huì)支持水平。結(jié)果:樣本K10總分為(21.5±7.5)分,多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,照顧者性別、在病人治療花費(fèi)方面的壓力、依戀焦慮對(duì)心理困擾有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用(β=2.30、3.02、0.13),居住地對(duì)心理困擾有負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用(β=-3.22)。結(jié)論:癌癥患者主要照顧者心理困擾與依戀焦慮及社會(huì)支持水平相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between psychological distress and adult attachment and social support in cancer patients. Methods: 208 primary caretakers were collected from cancer patients in Department of Oncology and Breast surgery in a third Class A Hospital in Anhui Province. The psychological distress, adult attachment and social support of the main caregivers were measured by the simple Mental distress rating scale (K10), the intimate relationship experience scale (ECR) and the Social support rating scale (SSQ). Results: the total score of K10 in the sample was (21.5 鹵7.5). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the sex of the carer, the stress of the patient's treatment cost, attachment anxiety had a positive predictive effect on psychological distress (尾 2.303.02 鹵0.13), and the place of residence had a negative predictive effect on psychological distress (尾 -3.22). Conclusion: the psychological distress of cancer patients is related to attachment anxiety and social support level.
