下肢生物反饋訓練對腦卒中患者運動及平衡功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察下肢生物反饋訓練對腦卒中患者運動及平衡功能的影響。方法:選取腦卒中患者40例,按隨機數(shù)字表法隨機分為對照組(20例)和治療組(20例)。對照組接受常規(guī)物理治療;治療組在常規(guī)物理治療基礎上接受下肢反饋訓練。兩組患者均接受8周治療。比較兩組患者治療前后的下肢運動功能評分(Fugl-Meyer評價量表,FMA-L)、平衡功能評分(Berg平衡量表,BBS)、日常生活活動能力(改良Barthel指數(shù),BI)以及下肢肌力(徒手肌力評估,MMT)的變化。結果:兩組患者治療前各項指標差異均無顯著性意義(P0.05),經過8周康復訓練后,治療組FMA-L、MMT、BBS、BI分別由治療前(20.75 5.37)、(8.70 2.43)、(14.70 6.89)、(16.60 4.10)提高至(31.05 3.32)、(41.20 5.33)、(15.65 1.84)、(32.00 6.39);對照組上述指標分別由治療前(20.80 4.92)、(15.05 6.75)、(9.60 2.74)、(15.603.46)提高至(28.10 4.28)、(35.30 9.52)、(14.05 2.42)、(28.05 5.33);兩組治療前后的各項功能指標變化差異均有顯著性意義(P0.05)。組間比較,治療組各項指標明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論:通過下肢生物反饋訓練提高患者下肢本體感覺有助于腦卒中偏癱患者運動及平衡功能的恢復,從而明顯提高患者日常生活活動能力,值得臨床應用及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of lower limb biofeedback training on motor and balance function in stroke patients. Methods: 40 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 20) and treatment group (n = 20). The control group received routine physical therapy and the treatment group received lower limb feedback training on the basis of routine physical therapy. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of lower extremity motor function scale (Fugl-Meyer evaluation scale), balance function scale (Berg balance scale), activity of daily living (modified Barthel index BI) and lower limb muscle strength (unarmed muscle strength assessment) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
