【摘要】：正2003年,Hilker等~([1])提出卒中相關(guān)性肺炎(stroke associated pneumonia,SAP)的概念,卒中相關(guān)性肺炎是導(dǎo)致腦卒中患者病情加重甚至死亡的重要原因~([2])。研究~([3])發(fā)現(xiàn),SAP主要發(fā)生于卒中后第2~7天,急性腦卒中后72h內(nèi)發(fā)生的SAP稱為早發(fā)性肺炎,72 h以后發(fā)生的SAP稱為晚發(fā)性肺炎,觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)早發(fā)性肺炎占SAP的73%。SAP的發(fā)生有其獨特的臨床規(guī)律,目
[Abstract]:In 2003, Hilker et al. ([1]) put forward the concept of associated pneumoniae after stroke ([1]). Stroke associated pneumonia is an important cause of exacerbation and even death of stroke patients ([2]). The study found that SAP mainly occurred on the 7th day after stroke, and SAP that occurred within 72 hours after acute stroke was called early onset pneumonia 72 hours later SAP was called late onset pneumonia. It was found that the incidence of premature pneumonia was 73% of SAP. The occurrence of SAP had its unique clinical regularity.
