【摘要】：目的了解乳腺癌患者性功能障礙的發(fā)生情況,并探討癥狀群與之關(guān)系,為臨床采取有效應(yīng)對措施提供依據(jù)。方法對2016年8月-2017年1月唐山市人民腫瘤醫(yī)院住院的乳腺癌患者296例,采用女性性功能指數(shù)問卷和自行設(shè)計的乳腺癌患者常見癥狀問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 83.8%(248/296)的乳腺癌患者存在性功能障礙,多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,擔(dān)心病情復(fù)發(fā)(OR=4.643,95%CI=1.814~11.881)、消極情緒(OR=3.114,95%CI=1.079~8.984)、是否處于化療期(OR=0.119,95%CI=0.050~0.285)、胃腸道癥狀群(OR=1.756,95%CI=1.186~2.600)、身體意象受損癥狀群(OR=2.910,95%CI=1.764~4.802)及治療相關(guān)癥狀群(OR=1.670,95%CI=1.112~2.507)是影響乳腺癌患者發(fā)生性功能障礙的獨(dú)立危險因素,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論癥狀群是乳腺癌患者發(fā)生性功能障礙的重要危險因素,應(yīng)引起重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer, and to explore the relationship between the symptom groups and them, and to provide evidence for effective clinical countermeasures. Methods 296 breast cancer patients hospitalized in Tangshan people's tumor Hospital from August 2016 to January 2017 were investigated with female sexual function index questionnaire and self-designed questionnaire on common symptoms of breast cancer patients. Results there were sexual dysfunction in 83.8% of breast cancer patients. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, Worrying about the recurrence of the disease, OR4.64395CII 1.81439.881, negative emotions OR3.11495 CIQ 1.079798.984, whether or not in the chemotherapy period OR0.11995CI0.050 0.285, OR1.75695CI1.1862.600, OR2.91095CI1.764CI1.802) and the treatment of the related symptom group OR1.67095CI1.1127095CI1.1122.507) are independent risk factors affecting the occurrence of sexual dysfunction in breast cancer patients. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion symptom group is an important risk factor for sexual dysfunction in patients with breast cancer.
