【摘要】：目的:探討品管圈活動對降低靜脈使用抗腫瘤藥物錯誤件數(shù)的影響。方法:成立品管圈小組,按照品管圈活動的方法和步驟,對病區(qū)靜脈使用抗腫瘤藥物使用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行查檢和解析,設(shè)定目標(biāo),針對要因擬定對策并實(shí)施,進(jìn)行效果評價并持續(xù)鞏固措施。結(jié)果:病區(qū)靜脈使用抗腫瘤藥物錯誤件數(shù)由活動前的每月84件下降到活動后的每月14件,目標(biāo)達(dá)成率109.38%,效果維持期目標(biāo)達(dá)成率仍在101.56%,圈員自評8個項(xiàng)目素質(zhì)能力均正向成長。結(jié)論:品管圈活動有效地降低了靜脈使用化療藥物過程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保證了患者的用藥安全,提高了護(hù)士臨床工作能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of quality control loop activity on reducing the number of errors in intravenous antitumor drugs. Methods: the quality control circle group was set up, according to the methods and steps of the quality control circle activities, the current situation of the use of antitumor drugs was checked and analyzed, and the target was set up, and the countermeasures were formulated and implemented according to the methods and steps of the activities of the quality control circle. Conduct effect evaluation and continuous consolidation measures. Results: the number of errors in intravenous use of antitumor drugs decreased from 84 cases per month before the activity to 14 cases per month after the exercise. The goal achievement rate was 109.38. The goal achievement rate was still 101.56 in the effect maintenance period. The quality and ability of the 8 items evaluated by the circle members were all growing. Conclusion: the activities of quality control circle can effectively reduce the risk of intravenous use of chemotherapeutic drugs, ensure the safety of drug use, and improve the clinical work ability of nurses.
