【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)對(duì)符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究進(jìn)行Meta分析,評(píng)價(jià)團(tuán)體懷舊治療對(duì)改善養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人抑郁癥狀的效果,為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理人員制定護(hù)理計(jì)劃、實(shí)施護(hù)理提供參考資料和依據(jù)。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane圖書館、Pub Med、CINAHL、Psyc INFO、EMBASE、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CBM)、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CNKI)、中國(guó)科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、臺(tái)灣學(xué)術(shù)在線數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、臺(tái)灣華藝中文電子期刊等中、英文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。收集2000年至2016年11月團(tuán)體懷舊治療對(duì)改善養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老人抑郁癥狀的臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)和半隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)后,采用Rev Man5.3軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:共納入10項(xiàng)研究(2項(xiàng)隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn),8項(xiàng)類實(shí)驗(yàn)),總樣本量為511例,干預(yù)組249例,對(duì)照組262例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,團(tuán)體懷舊治療在減輕抑郁程度、提高生活滿意度和自尊水平上均有明顯效果(P0.00001;P=0.001;P0.00001),在緩解孤獨(dú)感方面,兩項(xiàng)研究均顯示了團(tuán)體懷舊治療的優(yōu)勢(shì)。結(jié)論:團(tuán)體懷舊治療能夠改善養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人的抑郁癥狀,減輕抑郁程度,提高生活滿意度和自尊水平,在緩解孤獨(dú)感方面尚有一定優(yōu)勢(shì),因此團(tuán)體懷舊治療可以為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理人員如何緩解老年人抑郁情緒提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of group nostalgia therapy on the improvement of depressive symptoms of the elderly in old-age institutions by means of Meta analysis in accordance with the inclusion criteria, so as to provide reference materials and basis for nursing staff in pension institutions to formulate nursing plans and carry out nursing care. Methods: the Cochrane library Pub MedCINAHL Psyc INFOMASE, the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), the China knowledge Network Database (CNKI), the China Science and Technology Journals Database (VIPI), the Wanfang Database, the Taiwan academic online Database, the Taiwan Huayi Chinese Electronic Journal, etc. English database The clinical randomized controlled trial and semi-randomized controlled trial of group nostalgia therapy to improve the depressive symptoms of the elderly in old-age institutions were collected from 2000 to November 2016. After the literature quality evaluation was carried out, the data were analyzed by Rev Man5.3 software. Results: the total sample size was 511 cases, 249 cases in the intervention group and 262 cases in the control group. The results of meta-analysis showed that group nostalgia therapy was used to reduce the degree of depression, the total sample size was 511 cases, 249 cases in the intervention group, 262 cases in the control group and 262 cases in the control group. The improvement of life satisfaction and self-esteem had significant effect on P0.00001P0.001P0.001P0.00001. both studies showed the advantage of group nostalgia therapy in alleviating loneliness. Conclusion: group nostalgia therapy can improve the depressive symptoms, reduce the degree of depression, improve life satisfaction and self-esteem, and have some advantages in alleviating loneliness. Therefore, group nostalgia therapy can provide reference for nursing staff in pension institutions how to alleviate the depression of the elderly.
