【摘要】：總結(jié)23例小兒心臟移植手術(shù)的護理要點,包括:小兒供心獲取和保護要點,小兒心臟移植的手術(shù)配合要點,小兒心臟移植患者手術(shù)期容量管理,手術(shù)期體溫的控制以及體外膜肺氧合和延遲關(guān)胸的護理。23例患兒術(shù)后平均住院(24.5±8.3)d,1例患兒出院后19個月死于原發(fā)性移植物衰竭,其余22例患兒均存活,心功能恢復(fù)至紐約心臟病協(xié)會心功能分級Ⅰ-Ⅱ級。
[Abstract]:The main points of nursing care for pediatric heart transplantation were summarized as follows : the main points of pediatric donor acquisition and protection , the operation cooperation points of pediatric heart transplantation , the control of operation period temperature and the nursing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and delayed closure . The average hospitalization ( 24.5 鹵 8.3 ) days after operation , the remaining 22 cases survived , and the cardiac function recovered to NYHA class I - 鈪，
